Pierre Oliveira, founder and CEO of Nomadland Group.
Responsible for the strategic direction of Nomadland Capital, with more than 28 years of experience in construction, real estate and business development, built between Portugal and the United Kingdom, where he has lived for over two decades.
At Nomadland Capital, Pierre leads the identification and selection of quintas, land, tourism assets and off-market opportunities. His role is to understand the potential of each asset, align the interests of owners and investors, and coordinate the teams required to turn an opportunity into a structured decision.
He personally follows the main opportunities presented by the boutique, ensuring discretion, clarity and a responsible approach at every stage. Each project is analysed according to its characteristics, limitations and potential, supported by technical, legal and financial professionals. More than presenting properties, his work is to build bridges between people, capital, knowledge and execution.
